“The wound is the place where the light enters you.”
― Rumi

Our complicated lives include wide-ranging emotional responses to events and relationships that come our way. Inevitably, there will be challenge, pain, ambivalence, and/or discomfort. Your choice to reach out and explore the things within and outside of yourself that support or hinder your healing and growth is a courageous act.

I have been in the field of Counseling for 30 + years. I have taught at universities, conducted research, written articles and books, and presented workshops and papers. The one truth I am sure of is that, for those willing to take this journey, healing and growth are absolutely possible.
